TeCSBi SPOTLIGHT on PhD students

Mark your calendar for the talk: “Differentiated neuroblastoma F-11 cells as an alternative in-vitro model to Dorsal Root Ganglion neurons” Stefania (#LecchiLab_BtBs) will hold in the poster section on May 18th- 20th, 2021.

The advancement of science is determined by relatively slow improvements and by sudden revolutions. Revolutions in science occur rarely but allow an exponential acquisition of further knowledge. The consolidation and development of non-animal models will probably be one of the next scientific revolutions and will have a dramatic impact for “conducting human relevant research and testing, whether it be for studying disease mechanisms, developing new therapies or ensuring the safe use of chemicals” (congress website). The JRC Virtual Summer School on "Non-animal Approaches in Science: The Three R...evolution" will be the floor for Stefania Blasa, to report her studies on neuroblastoma F-11 cells.

We are proud to have Stefania among the TeCSBi PhD candidates. Good luck Stefania!
