Abstract
Join me for a friendly discussion as I share my career journey from academia to industry. After my biology studies at Bicocca, I embarked on an exciting path in Neuroscience research as a PhD at the University of Zurich. Later, I transitioned to a postdoctoral position at Novartis in Cambridge, MA, where I also had the opportunity to work with the Neuroscience and Rare Diseases strategy team and deep dive into the business aspect of drug discovery. As a proud Bicocca alumna, I am thrilled to reconnect with all of you, share my work experiences in different environments and explore alternative job opportunities for scientists together!
