The 14th Great Lakes Bioinformatics (GLBIO) conference will begin on Monday, May 10, 2021, and conclude on Thursday, May 13, 2021. The conference aims to provide an interdisciplinary forum for the discussion of research findings and methods, and to foster long term relationships and networking opportunities in the field of computational biology. Program will include oral presentations, poster presentations, invited keynote speakers and tutorials. Our third year PhD student Giulia Agostinetto ( #CasiraghiLab_BtBs ) will represent the University of Milano-Bicocca with an oral presentation titled: “Association rule mining to investigate microbiome patterns: guidelines and user-friendly tools for real applications”. Find out more about the event here: https://www.iscb.org/glbio2021
Good luck Giulia!
