The workshop will be focused on the interaction of nanoparticle with the immune system. Discussions will be on how the physicochemical characteristics of nanoparticles influence the interaction with and the activation of different components of the innate immune system; how nanoparticles can be exploited for the development of vaccines and for the development of immunosuppressive drugs to treat autoimmune diseases. Aspects, such as immunotoxicity, and immune-related side effects of nanoformulations will be also discussed.
Four submitted abstracts will be selected for oral presentation.
Abstract submission deadline: April 15th, 2018
Free registration by May 15th, 2018 by writing an email to firstname.lastname@example.org (with subject line: “Registration to the nanoimmunology meeting – [NAME OF THE PARTICIPANT]”)
